Credit Cards
The Raven on-line store utilises the Westpac Web Advantage Secure Payment Gateway system which accepts payments over 128-bit SSL encryption. This system will process the following Credit Cards only:
- MasterCard
- Visa Card
Privacy Policy
At no time will Raven Records have access to your credit card details. Your credit card details go direct to your bank for processing via the Westpac Web Advantage Secure Payment Gateway. We will, however, retain your address details on our customer contact data base; these details will not be made available to any 3rd party.
Refund/Replacement Policy
Raven's policy is to replace any faulty CD.
Shipping
- We ship to any destination around the world.
- Shipping costs will be added at the check-out stage of the payment process.
- A package & handling fee per transaction will also be added at the check-out stage of the payment process.
- Within Australia all orders will be posted by Regular Parcel post. Expect 5-10 working days for delivery.
- All International orders will be posted by Regular Air Mail Parcel Post. Expect 10-15 working days for delivery (depending on location).
- All orders will be packed and shipped securely in regulation Australia Post CD Mailer boxes or PostPak Padded Bags.
Customer Service Policy
We will advise customers within 5 working days if any CD is out of stock or there are delays in delivery.
